Enjoy fluffy vegan pancakes that are also gluten-free and dairy-free!
Ingredients: Rice flour, tapioca starch, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, xanthan gum
Size: 356 g
1. Mix pancake mix well then add and blend in 2 cups milk, 4 tbsp butter, and 2 eggs. Do not overmix the batter.
2. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup (50 g) batter onto a pre-heated (medium/ high heat) lightly oiled frying pan.
3. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until bubbles have popped then flip and cook on the other side for 2-3 minutes.
