At REAL FOOD, we believe in making sure that the customers are more than satisfied with the items they purchase from us.If there is anything you feel that is not right about something you purchased, without any questions, we would gladly replace this with the something else from the store.
What do I do if a product doesn’t taste right?
If your product does not taste or look right, we would gladly replace it or give you a full refund. Please make sure to bring the item with you so that we can evaluate the product and show this to our supplier.
What do I do if there is a problem with a product (i.e. finding something foreign)?
If you find something foreign or odd looking inside your product, we would gladly replace it or give you a full refund. Please make sure to bring the item with you so that we can evaluate the product and show this to our supplier.
What are natural flavors or spices?
Natural flavors or spices include flavors and spices that do not carry any artificial preservatives, MSG, and any other harmful ingredients. We do not always indicate what they are so as to keep the recipes proprietary.
What kind of salt do you use in your Private Label products?
In our Private Label products we use sea salt or Himalayan salt.
Who makes your Private Label products?
We work with different partners for our Private Labels. However, we keep their identities proprietary.
What is required for a product to be labeled as vegetarian? What about vegan products?
To be labeled as vegetarian, a product must not have any ingredients derived from meat, fish or fowl. By-products however, derived from these such as eggs, milk, honey etc. are considered as acceptable for vegetarian products.
For a product to be labeled as vegan, however, this means that this is strictly a plant-based food and does not include any animal or insect sources such as gelatin, beeswax etc.
Why was my favorite product discontinued?
There are many factors that go into the decision of discontinuing a product. Many products are presented to us on a regular basis; therefore the mix of products is constantly changing and evolving. Sometimes, we discontinue a product because we find that our customers are no longer interested in this or if the supplier is no longer able to provide this product. If you find that your favorite product is no longer available, feel free to leave your name and contact information with our Sales Associates so that we can inform you once these are available once again.
Why is my favorite product out of stock?
We work with our suppliers to make sure that stocks are available; however there are issues outside of our control that some times lead to us not having these items available. If this does happen, feel free to leave your name and contact information with our Sales Associates so that we can inform you once these are available once again.
How will my order be delivered to me?
Once an order has been finalized, you will be asked to select the courier/shipping provider you wish to use. These shipping provider you wish to use. These shipping providers include LBC, DHL, Lalamove, Grab
What are the shipping fees involved?
Shipping fees are any and all related expenses charged by the courier/shipping provider.These fees will be shouldered by the shopper.
