Vegan Unicorn Galaxy Smoothie Bowl


6pc banana- any kind

2 tbsps protein powder

¼ cup almond milk

2 tbsps blue pea powder

2 tbsps pink dragonfruit powder

1 tbsps chia seeds, divided


  1. In a blender, add the bananas and protein powder.
  2. Add the almond milk slowly, you don’t want this too runny so add as needed.
  3. Add the protein powder and half the chia seeds. Blend everything till smooth.
  4. Divide the mixture into two bowls.
  5. In one bowl mix in the blue powder and in the other mix in the pink powder.
  6. In a larger bowl ( the one that will be used to serve) put the pink and blue.
  7. Take a small spoon and trace a circular pattern until you see both sides swirling.
  8. Top with chia seeds
