Mini Pizzas


4 slices bread or 2 burger buns sliced in half

1 cup tomato sauce

1 cup cheese of choice (to make this dish a Vegan alternative, simply use a vegan cheese)

2 cup assorted vegetables


  1. Divide the sauce equally among the 4 slices of bread.
  2. Top with vegetables.
  3. Top with cheese.
  4. Toast in an oven until cheese melts.

Serves 4.
