Kang Kong Sambal


2 bunches kang kong

½- 1 tbsp Real food sambal

1tsp garlic

1 tsp onions

1tbsp  ground peanuts

1 green mango, grated

Handful crushed Seacharon


  1. Cut the kangkong in sections
  2. Heat up a pan on medium.
  3. Toss in the onions and swirl around the pan. Onions have a natural oil to coat the pan.
  4. Add 2 tbsp of water.
  5. Add the sambal paste.
  6. Throw in the kangkong
  7. Add ¼ to ½ cup water and cover the pan to steam the kangkong
  8. Add the garlic after 2 minutes, and cover again for 1 more minute.
  9. Season with salt.
  10. Place the grated mango in a dish and top with kangkong.
  11. Top with grated mango and seacharon
