Adlai Champorado


1 cup adlai,soaked

1 ½ cup almond milk

1 1/2 cup water

2 tbsp tablea chocolate

2 tsp brown sugar or sweetener ( if desired)

Pinch of salt

Toppings of choice

Diced banana

Crushed sea charon


  1. Combine adlai, water, mill and tablea in a pot.
  2. Stir on medium heat. Depending on the strength and heat of your stove top, you may need to add liquid. Add almond milk to make it creamier, or water to thin it out.
  3. Add a dash of salt.
  4. When adlai is soft, add sugar. You may want to reduce or increase this depending on your taste.
  5. Top with your choice of topping! Seacharon will give you the ‘dilis’ flavor while banana will add a boost of power to your breakfast!
