Soybean Protein Pasta with Garlic and Olive Oil

When things get a little complicated, it’s best to keep things simple. And that’s what our recipe is all about. Keeping things simple and be mindful about what we feed our bodies.


1/4 cups of olive oil

3 cloves of garlic, chopped

50g Soybean protein pasta

Boiling water, for the pasta

Salt and Pepper

For the pasta, as instructed on the box, boil the pasta for 5 minutes then strain and set aside. Chop your garlic cloves and heat up your olive oil for a few minutes on a medium pan. Add the garlic, and just as it starts to brown, add the pasta. Stir them all together till the noodles are coated with the oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. You may also add your favorite seasonings like Rosemary, Thyme or even chili flakes.
