Here’s what you’ll need:
1 portion of a salmon
Sour dough bread, thickly sliced
Salt and pepper
Toast your bread with butter in the oven for at least 5 minutes, or till their toasty and crispy. While that’s cooking, prepare your avocado, remove the skin and slice it lengthwise in thin strips. You can also choose to mash it up in a bowl and squeeze half a lemon into it.
Place it on top of your toast. For the salmon, slice them thinly, then place it on top of the avocado. Squeeze half a lemon onto the salmon and add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.
