The perfect ending to the perfect date! Here’s what you need to make your own chocolate and chia energy balls!
- 8.5 oz dates
- 3 tbsp Chia seeds
- 4 tbsp raw Almonds
- 3 tbsp cacao powder
Add the nuts into a blender or food processor and pulse until they are into a coarse powder
Chop the dates so it’ll be easier to blend. Add it to your almonds with the rest of the ingredients.
Blend till it comes all together into a dough, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of water.
Place the dough into a bowl and use a tablespoon to measure out each ball size.
Dip into some cacao powder or chia seeds for a nice coating.
