Chocolate and Chia Energy Balls

The perfect ending to the perfect date! Here’s what you need to make your own chocolate and chia energy balls!
  • 8.5 oz dates
  • 3 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 4 tbsp raw Almonds
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  1. Add the nuts into a blender or food processor and pulse until they are into a coarse powder
  2. Chop the dates so it’ll be easier to blend. Add it to your almonds with the rest of the ingredients.
  3. Blend till it comes all together into a dough, you can add 1-2 tablespoons of water.
  4. Place the dough into a bowl and use a tablespoon to measure out each ball size. 
  5. Dip into some cacao powder or chia seeds for a nice coating.

1. Make a heart stencil and cut it out
2. Place it over the plate or the chia ball
3. Sprinkle the powder carefully making sure to distribute it evenly.
