Nothing says ‘I love you’ more than a perfectly cooked steak!
Here’s what you need:
Kitayama Wagyu Rib Eye
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
Skinny amino acid seasoning
3-5 pieces of medium sized organic potatoes
1 tsp of garlic powder
2 tbsp of parmesan cheese
Before cooking the steak, marinade the steak in olive oil, crushed garlic, dried rosemary and skinny amino acid for at least one hour.
Place it on a searing hot pan or grill for 1-2 minutes on each side, and cook it to your desired cooking level.
For the mashed potatoes, clean them well and boil them with skin on (or off, its really up to you). After potatoes are soft enough, drain them and put them in a bowl. Season them with sea salt and black pepper, garlic pepper and parmesan cheese and start mashing!
