Not only that, it contains antioxidants that help reduce inflammation and have we mentioned that its a low-card alternative? This vegetable is so versatile and can be served in several ways. But if you’re looking for a great alternative rice recipe, then you’re in luck- Here’s a quick and simple way to cook cauliflower rice!

You will need:

2Tbsp chopped garlic

2 Tbsp chopped onion

1 Tbsp coconut oil (or any oil you have)

1 cup of grated cauliflower

Steps: If you have the frozen cauliflower rice, make sure you defrost it for thirty minutes prior to cooking. Saute the onion and garlic in the oil till they’re nice and golden. After, put the grated cauliflower in the pan and cook for another 3-5 minutes. Add some salt and pepper to taste, and add some parsley or any herb you’d like.
