Pamora Chicken Lollipops Coated with GF Flour and Salata Barbecue Sauce

Pamora Chicken Lollipops with Butchery Barbecue Sauce

1 kilo Pamora lollipops
1 tsp salt
1 egg with ¼ cup water
2 cups GF flour

Season chicken lollipops with salt.Dredge the chicken in egg wash and coat with glluten free flour.Deep fry or Air fry till golden brown.Serve with Butchery Bar-B-Q sauce mix.

Butchery barbecue sauce
1 T kenzo Farms chili oil
¼ cup grass fed butter
¼ cup honey

Mix together until thick and coat chicken after deep/aor frying then serve.
