Kitayama Crispy Adobo Flakes

Adobo Flakes

1 kilo Pamora chicken breast
1 cup vinegar
1 T salt
½ tsp pepper
¼ cup skinny seasoning

Marinate the chicken breast in vinegar, skinny seasoning, salt and pepper for at least 4 hours.  Overnight is ideal.  Allow to simmer till cooked.  Flake the chicken breasts and fry until crispy.  While frying, continiousyly add the marinade for extra flavor.  Best served hot, over rice or toasted bread.
